Something New for Indoor Play - Hybrid pt2

This is a follow up and development of initial work shown on a previous post.
I have been working with TigerPlay and Western Log, two of the UKs premier children's play area manufacturers, on an exciting collaboration.

This is a fusion between the partner companies specialities and combines indoor and outdoor construction techniques incorporating natural timber and internal vinyl padding resulting in what aims to be a unique and appealing look and style.

These design visuals were generated to quite specific client guidelines as part of the sales and development process to achieve a rustic and organic theme that is now under construction indoors!........somewhere big!
If you are very bored can you spot how many carved birds there are?......no there isn't a prize....

New Year - Must update my blog more...

Greetings loyal and ever growing band of followers!! It's new year ....I have already not gone running as planned ( It is raining ) but I shall not fail with my other resolution to update this blog on a more regular basis.
So here you have it, the first of 2012 and I plan to do one a week...well maybe monthly...lets see how it goes.
I am sure I have lost 10 years somwhere....... Can't believe it is 2012!.. that still sounds very 'in the future' ...massively disappointed automatic sliding doors are not more widespread and not a whiff of hover boards on the horizon...

Right...This is another visualisation project and is really to show the concept for a studio style rack or holder for groovy Posca markers. I couldn't really show it without the pens so I modelled them also.
"Uni POSCA Markers provide vibrant colours for illustrations and hobbies. It's a Water-based yet waterproof pigment ink and writes on virtually any surface - yet does not bleed through paper."
I have some and it is true they are magic pens from the future... I expect Buck Rodgers has a set stashed away for recreational colouring in when he is off work and not busy flirting with Wilma.....
